Courtyard House

After demolition of an older existing house, careful and meticulous planning went into creating this expansive new family residence.

With a Northern aspect to the front the ingenious decision of the creation of a Courtyard design that placed all the living zones at the rear enabled privacy from the street whilst still achieving all year round livability. This large central courtyard was a driving force to the entire home locating all rooms around it to enjoy vistas out over the extensive private yard spaces and stunning raised up swimming pool.

 A clever idea of placing the Pool and Spa up on the higher level eliminated the need for pool fencing between the pool and courtyard thus allowing a better integration and more open feel to the outdoor spaces.
