A unique and dynamic home ideally located on a narrow width lot backing onto a superb waterway.

A challenging site sloping up from the road with North facing to the front presented many confronting constraints. A central lushly landscaped courtyard with Koi pond allowed Northern sun light to penetrate through out the varied living zones overlooking the amazing water views enjoyed from the rear of the home. 

Cleverly crafted spaces and voids intricately create a voluminous interior that is daring and electric.

Every aspect of this home was creatively curated to evoke emotion and response. From the interior design through to the Landscape concept we approached every detail with a customised attention and a progressive creative spirit.
