A tight infill site ideally located in a sort after bayside suburban street. After demolition of an existing older home careful planning went into creating this stunning new modern family residence.

Enjoying the best of its location and maximising the sites potential were critical in achieving both a functional family home but one that was also fitting enough for its desirable lifestyle location.

We were intimately involved in every aspect of this project from initial site consultation through to designing the home. Including the interior design, detailing and furniture selection, through to completing the entire landscaping concept including specifying and delivering the many customised elements and unique sculptural pieces.
