Langmore House

 A luxurious new family home situated within an existing streetscape of prominent homes, therefore achieving a  strong and demanding street presence was necessary.

Setting the house back further on the site allowed us to create a swing around driveway into the garage enabling the garage then not to be a prominent element sitting in front of the home. This allowed more of the front of the home to become the focal point creating a more prominent and elegant facade demanding attention on approach.

Once inside the open flowing contemporary interior excites with surprising and refined details including a spectacular central sculptured staircase that is more of a hand crafted joinery element. Northern sunlight is washed throughout the living zones via full height frameless windows overlooking the side courtyard enjoying vistas out over the swimming pool and spa.
